Overlooking Uluweuweu Bay, the elegant open-air Dining Pavilion and bar is a distinctive gathering place to unwind while enjoying fresh meals, cocktails or poolside service.

Blending modern trends with classic preparations, the menu at Kuki'o reflects both traditional Hawaiian and familiar mainland cuisines. From fresh sashimi to a Kobe New York steak, our chefs take great pride in using the freshest ingredients available, frequently from the island's farmers and fishermen.

Breakfast  Start the day off right by enjoying a complimentary Continental Breakfast in the midst of soft ocean breezes. Fresh fruit, baked goods, homemade muesli, oatmeal, and tropical juice are a sample of offerings from a wide range of choices.

Lunch  Our à la carte Lunch designed to reflect the active lifestyle of our members includes: fresh fish, sandwiches and light salads to re-energize you for the rest of the day. Lunch and pupus (snacks) are also offered at the bar where you can sit and unwind enjoying the sunset while sipping on tropical drinks garnished with island fruits and exotic flowers.

Dinner  Our Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday, and our chefs are happy to prepare your big catch from the charter boat, or your prize of game for you and your family for that night.

Wine Selection  A progressive wine list will be established with 300-400 Domestic and European selections. In addition, members are encouraged to bring their own wine into the restaurant with no corkage fee.

On the Go  For those on the go, box lunches and picnic baskets are available for your all-day picnics or trips to distant beaches.
