To complete the Kuki'o concept, the Cottages, located near the Kuki'o Beach Club provide the essentials of Hawaiian living built around tropical lagoons. The Kuki'o Cottages follow the Beach Club's lead in their casual, yet sophisticated building forms. The Cottage buildings are oriented to their surrounding gardens. All rooms relate to these gardens, melding the two elements as one and bringing the outdoor feeling inside. Privacy walls separate neighbors, and the buildings' exterior plaster walls and wood posts complement the surrounding landscape. An outdoor pool and spa balance the setting of lush greenery and lava with the soothing element of water. Bringing these pavilions together are wandering pathways and deep lanais, connecting each building and outdoor deck, pool and spa within the garden walls.

A cool mixture of tropical hardwoods, stone and plaster veneers blend together to comfort and surround each person in the simple luxurious style which lies at the heart of Kuki'o.

Kuki'o offers between three and five bedroom Cottages:

Three to Five Bedroom Cottages  Main House includes two or three Master Bedroom Suites, lanai, spa/pool, private gardens, outdoor shower, six-foot privacy walls, covered cart parking and some with a grill and fire pit.
